Qualifications

• 10-14 years of experience in the construction field.
• Advanced knowledge of subcontractor trades work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules including CPM updates.
• Review submittals and ensure compliance with documentation.
• Monitor invoice processing and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Lead project coordination meetings and approve subcontractor payments.
• Support Quality and Safety Engineers; participate in project audits.
