• 10–14 years of construction project experience.
• Advanced understanding of construction methods and subcontractor trades.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project schedules with CPM updates.
• Review submittals for contract compliance and documentation.
• Monitor invoices and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships.
• Lead subcontractor payments and project coordination meetings.
• Support Quality and Safety Engineers and participate in audits.
• Guide the project team on contractual obligations and construction methods.
