Jobot is seeking a Sr Project Manager for a high-growth, full-service construction firm operating across Montana and Wyoming. You will oversee projects from estimation to completion, coordinating internal teams, clients, and subcontractors with frequent travel to job sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or Construction Management, and strong cost control skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency with construction software and general computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project management for construction projects from estimation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, owners, engineers, and subcontractors to align on goals and timelines.
• Monitor financials, project progress, and performance to ensure success.
• Direct crews and subcontractors to meet performance goals and timelines.
• Manage change orders, submittals, and procurement in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-site safety, compliance, and quality throughout the lifecycle.
