Choate Construction Company in Atlanta is seeking a Project Executive to lead and grow multiple project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives while building lasting client relationships.

You will network with clients, architects, and engineers, oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and Safety Managers, manage contracts and risk, and guide bid strategies with Preconstruction to win work and deliver high‑value projects.

• Strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Ability to mentor and develop project teams.

Responsibilities

• Network with clients to identify and secure new work opportunities.
• Oversee Project Managers, Superintendents, and Safety Managers to ensure safety and project performance.
• Lead contract, risk, and cost management to protect client and company interests.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction to develop bid strategies and pursue RFPs.
