Keeley Companies in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join Keeley Construction's Building Group. You will lead complex multifamily, retail, healthcare, and education projects, coordinating design, schedules, and budgets with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering and 10+ years of leadership, with strong financial oversight and a proven ability to mentor project teams and improve processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with at least 10 years’ experience.
• People management experience including directing direct reports.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience in multifamily development, retail, healthcare, education projects.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.

Mansioni

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, and cost reporting.
• Lead multiple project teams and coordinate activities to meet deadlines.
• Balance time between projects, estimating, and business development.
• Maintain positive working relationships with owners, design professionals, subcontractors, and team members.
• Oversee project engineers, assistant project managers, project managers, and field staff; mentor their growth.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Maintain profit and performance on projects; forecast costs and identify risks.
• Manage the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Handle contracts & subcontractor/vendor roles for projects.
• Incorporate customer input to improve processes and meet client expectations.
• Participate in strategic planning for Business Unit/Region.
