Job summary

Jordan Foster Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of large infrastructure projects in Texas. You will lead teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and compliance with standards.

The role requires a proven track record in heavy civil construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication with clients and regulators. A PMP certification is a plus and a valid TXDL is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Ten years of construction experience with at least three years TXDoT experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans with scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulators.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and financial reporting; manage procurement and invoicing.
• Lead project meetings and communicate status, milestones and decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and project specifications.
