Job summary

The Judge Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager/Owner's Representative to coordinate feasibility studies, manage design development, and oversee on-site construction across regional sites. You will monitor safety, track progress, and engage stakeholders to meet owner requirements while traveling at least half the time.

You will lead schedules and budgets, review drawings and construction docs, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of construction experience in owner's rep/GC/AE environments.
• Ability to read and review drawings, scopes, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Extensive construction safety experience and hazard recognition.
• Experience using Bluebeam, MS Project, and Procore for design review, scheduling, project documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate feasibility studies by gathering owner and stakeholder requirements and documenting scope, constraints, risks, and recommendations.
• Support design development and reviews; align designs with owner requirements across teams.
• Oversee construction through site visits, progress and quality reviews, contractor coordination, and escalation of field issues.
• Support project controls by maintaining schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, changes, and action logs; identify variances and corrective actions.
• Keep stakeholders engaged across operations, facilities, safety, IT, security, and design partners; track decisions and commitments.
• Prepare weekly status updates and executive summaries covering progress, cost, schedule, risks, and actions needed.
