The Donohoe Construction Company, part of The Donohoe Companies, Inc., is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our New Construction team in the Bethesda area. You will evaluate construction progress, oversee project performance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong contract administration and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or business preferred.
• At least 10+ years experience in construction management.
• Experience leading projects ranging from $40M-$80M+ is strongly preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve and execute all project contracts and purchase orders for compliance with company policies and objectives.
• Support and implement the Company's Project Management process.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with client and A/E contacts to facilitate successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policy.
• Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long-term planning; monitor construction to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts: budgets, cost reports, fee payments, rental equipment, income, expenses.
