Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience to lead day-to-day execution, project controls, cost management and risk on a complex project. The PM will oversee a project team and coordinate with owners and architects across healthcare, higher education, life sciences and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project controls and cost management.
• Experience with Prolog, CMIC and Primavera or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project execution and controls.
• Coordinate cost control, billings, cash flow, and status reports.
• Lead project team including engineers and superintendents.
• Serve as main contact with owner and architect.
• Develop scheduling and planning for projects.
