Job summary

Massaro Construction Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the design, scheduling, and control of construction projects. You will oversee resources, develop and manage the CPM schedule, supervise subcontractors, and ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will also maintain strong relationships with Owners and Architects, participate in progress and stakeholder meetings, review cost reports and change orders, and drive project closeout activities to successful completion.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. Civil Engineer or related degree with 5–10 years in construction.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience across Operations, Project Management, Contract Negotiation, Marketing and Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project design, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Determine CPM schedule and monitor progress against plan.
• Supervise all subcontract work including procurement and payments.
• Maintain owner/architect relations; obtain approvals and manage change orders.
• Lead weekly meetings with subcontractors, Owner and Architect.
