Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field
• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects
• 2+ years of leading, developing, and motivating teams
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment and personnel
• Experience leading field operations and communicating plans across audiences
• Knowledge of safety/regulatory requirements (OSHA)
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence and core leadership traits

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work across projects or scopes
• Foster safety and quality culture; conduct regular safety inspections
• Create plans to sequence work, manage site logistics, track materials and personnel
• Maintain high-quality output aligned with project and company standards
• Develop and communicate project schedule with milestones to stakeholders
• Mentor and develop project team; build a high-functioning team
• Cultivate relationships with all project stakeholders
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and interactions
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
• Support close-out activities including punch lists and operations training
• Demonstrate advanced problem-solving to resolve obstacles and conflicts
