Qualifications

• Engineering/related degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work across projects or scopes.
• Promote safety and quality through regular inspections.
• Plan sequencing, logistics, and resource tracking on site.
• Ensure work meets project and company standards.
• Develop and communicate the project schedule and KPI insight.
• Mentor and develop project team and stakeholders relationships.
• Represent the company in meetings and manage subcontractor relations.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Participate in close-out including punch lists and operations training.
