Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: monitor progress, enforce safety policies, ensure quality.
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFIs, drawings and specifications.
• Scheduling: plan and direct project schedules; conduct site meetings.
• Financial Management: manage budget, costs, invoicing, and cash flow.
• Procurement and Commitments: develop procurement strategy, bids, and subcontracting.
• Project Lifecycle Management: oversee project indicators from start to finish.
