Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead and coordinate projects such as new facilities, expansions or renovations in Texas.

You will supervise multiple jobs, organize teams, and ensure timely materials delivery in collaboration with project teams and management. The role requires 5-7 years of construction management experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and relevant licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science, Building Science, Construction Management or related field is preferred.
• Must possess all relevant licenses and certifications.
• Construction Superintendent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads or coordinates construction projects with project team, site and management.
• Organizes and directs construction personnel to ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manages, coaches, and develops direct reports; conducts performance conversations.
• Establishes work sequences to meet schedules and budgets.
• Maintains liaison with Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering and other departments.
