Job summary

Polk Mechanical Company LLC seeks a Construction/Mechanical Project Executive to lead high-value construction projects, driving strategy, execution, and performance. You will oversee project teams, align with company goals, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.

You will mentor project managers, manage schedules and budgets, drive risk management, and maintain strong client relationships while reviewing major decisions and change orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Leadership experience overseeing teams and multiple projects.
• Strong executive leadership and decision-making skills.
• Advanced knowledge of construction operations and contracts.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with project management and job cost systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight of project planning and execution.
• Lead and mentor project managers and field leadership.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and financial performance.
