Job summary

Arden Building Companies, LLC seeks an experienced Project Executive to lead multiple commercial, industrial, and specialty construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role includes estimating, preconstruction collaboration, and ensuring safe, profitable delivery.

Based in our Western Massachusetts area with occasional travel to other offices, this senior leader will drive project profitability, contract administration, risk management, and team development across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, operations, estimating, sales, or related field with leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in construction PM, estimating/preconstruction, or sales and account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for multiple commercial, industrial, and specialty construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders as senior contact.
• Support business development, account management, project pursuits, estimating, and proposal strategy.
