Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
• Proficient in Cost Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects.
• Manage the preconstruction phase closely with estimating teams.
• Ensure continuity from project start to finish.
