Jobot is seeking a Construction Senior Project Engineer to lead project planning, refine scopes, and drive bid documentation for residential developments across Michigan. This role emphasizes accountability for scope, budget, and schedule while coordinating with architects, contractors, and authorities.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, 3-5 years of PM experience, strong knowledge of codes and safety, and proficiency with project management

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• PE license preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Lead project planning efforts, refining project charters and creating detailed work scopes.
• Develop and manage request for quote/bid documentation.
• Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and municipal authorities.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
