Consertus, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator in Ponce, PR to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects across phases.

You will help ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Project or Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or Procore).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities and review bids.
