Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field

Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes subcontracts, subcontract change orders and Performance and Payment bonds
• Collects and reviews project subcontractor/supplier lien waivers
• Collects, reviews, and processes subcontractor/supplier monthly project invoices and ensures proper accruals
• Understands Walsh cost report and related accounting functions
• Ensures timely submittal of project P&L and reviews P&Ls for accuracy
• Produces owner billing and handles monthly owner billings
• Monitors cash flow and communicates with project staff on AR tracking

Education
