Job summary

ERM is seeking a Construction Program Manager (Owner’s Representative) to lead a multi‑workstream capital program in a pharmaceutical or life‑sciences manufacturing environment. You will manage planning, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, and turnover, aligning owner, designers, contractors, CQV/startup teams, and site operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
12+ years managing complex capital construction projects, preferably owner’s representative or CM/GC.
Strong command of schedule management (CPM) and cost control.

Responsibilities

Serve as owner’s representative and liaison between program leadership and partners.
Lead governance processes and risk/issue tracking.
Manage integrated master schedules, phasing, and site logistics plans.
Coordinate design development for constructability and CQV readiness.
Develop contracting strategies, bid packages, and procurement timelines.
Own cost and schedule performance, forecast and contingency management.
Interface with CQVS, safety, and EHS teams to align with quality.
