Job summary

Tikigaq Corporation / TFS in Anchorage, AK seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead construction programs across Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. Based in the Anchorage office, you will oversee cost, schedule, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and profitability for remote villages, North Slope, and industrial work.

The role requires extensive Alaska/Northwest market experience, the ability to manage multiple teams, and travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Ten years of progressively responsible construction project or program management experience, incl. Alaska/NW.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance if required; pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction programs from pursuit through closeout.
• Provide senior-level construction management expertise for Alaska and Northwest markets.
• Develop and implement project delivery processes covering safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Estimate and review task orders, change work, risk registers; support reviews.
