Job summary

Tikigaq Corporation / TFS in Anchorage, AK seeks a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead construction programs across Alaska and the Pacific Northwest. Based in the Anchorage office, you will manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance for diverse projects from pursuit to closeout.

The role requires extensive experience with arctic/subarctic logistics, remote village projects, and North Slope operations, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of progressively responsible construction project or program management experience, including Alaska and Pacific Northwest.
• Experience delivering work in remote Alaska settings (North Slope and/or rural/Native village projects).
• Knowledge of federal and Alaska contract requirements and regulatory environments.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and cost control capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct construction programs and projects from pursuit support through closeout.
• Provide senior-level construction management expertise for Alaska and Northwest market conditions.
• Develop and implement project delivery processes covering health and safety, environment, quality, schedule, and earned value.
• Estimate and review task orders, manage budgets, and support management reviews.
• Report daily to the Anchorage office and lead the Anchorage-based program.
• Coordinate with field teams and travel to job sites as required.
• Direct subcontractors and vendor interfaces; enforce specifications, schedules, and budgets.
