Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, estimating, PM, or operations leadership.
• 5–10 years of commercial HVAC construction experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, execution, and completion of multiple commercial construction projects.
• Masters scheduler; develops and maintains project schedules and labor allocation.
• Oversees subcontractors; ensures compliance with contracts, laws, and safety.
• Provides estimating support to Account Managers and Sales teams.
• Conducts regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Manages vendor and subcontractor selection, scheduling, and contract compliance.
• Coordinates permits, procurement, billing, change orders, and communications.
• Monitors budgets, labor utilization, and KPIs to meet objectives.
• Acts as primary contact for escalated issues with customers and subs.
• Supervises Project Managers, Coordinators, and field staff; drives accountability.
