Job summary

Nox Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will act as a P&L leader, delivering projects safely, on schedule and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

You will guide field teams, develop strong client partnerships, and drive successful project execution across complex environments. Safety and compliance are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, set priorities and take initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans and ensure design, planning and execution continuity.
• Build strong client partnerships and ensure contractual compliance.
• Direct all project activities through completion and manage field teams.
• Drive new business development opportunities to grow the organization.
• Manage financial performance and mitigate risk.
