Job summary

You will partner across Realty, Technology, Construction, and vendor teams to optimize project outcomes and support continuous improvement aligned with Walmart values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• 2 years' supervisory experience or 6 years' equivalent experience in operations/real estate/construction.
• 2 years' experience in general contractor, commercial construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction and engineering projects, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Oversee contractor coordination, material procurement, and timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
• Drive resolution of system issues, design changes, and contract completion to support project success.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide onsite construction management, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for multi-year business initiatives impacting construction and facilities.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performing, accountable work environment.
