ISC Constructors, L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Procurement & Materials Manager to support our Columbus Regional Office. This role drives strategic sourcing, purchasing, material management and logistics to keep industrial construction projects moving on time and within budget.

You will develop supplier relationships, coordinate material flow from suppliers to job sites, monitor critical-path materials, and help manage warehouse operations, equipment tracking and vendor accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related environment.
• Experience in electrical construction materials preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical/E&I materials a plus.
• Experience using an ERP system; Vista by Viewpoint a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional procurement, purchasing, material management and logistics activities supporting industrial construction projects.
• Develop strategic supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms and long-term purchasing agreements.
• Coordinate material flow from suppliers through warehouse locations to project jobsites.
• Monitor and expedite critical-path materials and long-lead equipment to protect schedules.
• Identify procurement and supply-chain risks and coordinate solutions with project teams.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, availability and project requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate material staging, laydown areas and jobsite logistics.
• Maintain procurement logs, material status reports, inventory records and material tracking systems.
• Coordinate equipment procurement, rentals, repairs, calibrations and asset tracking.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory tracking, material transfers and jobsite releases.
• Coordinate with project management, superintendents, warehouse teams, vendors and accounting to support uninterrupted field operations.
• Assist project estimators with material quotations and supplier pricing for bids.
• Support project closeout through surplus material disposition, warranty tracking, equipment reconciliation and vendor account resolution.
