Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Houston, TX to lead Transmission & Distribution projects from pre-construction through commissioning. The role requires 7+ years of construction project management experience, EPC and/or T&D project exposure, and strong leadership with client-facing skills.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and a proven track record managing schedules,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• EPC and/or Transmission & Distribution project experience.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, safety, and field execution.
• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transmission & Distribution projects from pre-construction through commissioning.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, safety, and field execution to ensure project milestones.
• Coordinate subcontractors and maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
