The role includes coordinating design efforts, reviewing plans, and managing contractors to deliver projects on time and budget. Qualifications

• Preferably experience in multi-family, assisted living, and/or hotel construction.
• Ability to read, write, and analyze various construction-related documents.
• Experience in managing a diverse workforce including subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-family developments as a Construction Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Architect and Consultants for Lean design initiatives.
• Review all construction plans and provide feedback to the Design team.
• Assist Development Team in preparation and review of budgets and schedules.
