Job summary

Procon seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager in the Denver, CO area to oversee construction management for a range of projects including MEP, renovations, and tenant fit-outs. The role requires 10+ years of CM experience, owner’s representative duties, and strong stakeholder coordination.

This on-site, day-shift position excludes visa sponsorship. Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings effectively.
• Experience in dynamic environments while minimizing disruptions to guests and operations.
• Experience managing or supporting renovation projects in occupied facilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Inspectors.
• Provide construction management and Owner’s Representative services across multiple projects.
• Inspect and monitor site activities for compliance with drawings, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee all project phases from mobilization to occupancy.
• Support planning, procurement, design coordination, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliverables.
• Review schedules, set work plans, and monitor milestones.
• Lead QA processes with inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee design/construction risk, safety, and quality control.
• Review submittals, documents, drawings, and specs for accuracy.
