• Experienced Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager with a strong background delivering large-scale commercial office fit-outs and capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a significant Class A office fit-out in Philadelphia.
• Oversee a wider portfolio nationally, including tenant improvements, HVAC replacements, roofing, cooling towers and other capital works.
• Help establish and develop an in-house construction management capability with autonomy and long-term growth potential.
