Job summary

Clark is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects across Northern Michigan. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive outcomes from start to finish while ensuring schedule and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates will work closely with the Business Development team to identify future opportunities and help expand Clark's presence in Northern Michigan, with preferred residence near Alpena or surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills with effective procedures.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations and adaptable to new tools.
• Proficiency with data automation tools, project management software, and standard business apps (MS Office, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with superintendents and management to allocate resources.
• Set and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Define roles for stakeholders and ensure accountability across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams and leads to align resources with deliverables.
• Identify and resolve issues to maintain momentum and on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee execution plans including risk management, communication strategies, and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and transparent client and team communication.
