Job summary

Knickerbocker Group is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-end residential projects and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This leadership role requires deep construction expertise, outstanding communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset to connect clients, design teams, and field staff from planning through completion with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience on high-end residential projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence for navigating client relationships and team dynamics.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.
• Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, Acumatica, and/or Revit is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead client experience and team collaboration across architecture, interiors, and field teams.
• Manage multiple complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Establish schedules, budgets, and resource coordination.
• Monitor performance across schedule, budget, quality, and safety; address risks.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress and quality.
• Oversee contracts, procurement, and subcontractor engagement.
