Job summary

Truebeck Construction, Inc., a leading West Coast General Contractor, seeks a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution, supervise scope, manage schedule and profitability, and advocate for clients.

Requires a four-year construction-related degree and 6+ years of PM experience, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam, Timberline is preferred. Based in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required in construction management, architectural engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, Bluebeam/Adobe, TimberScan and Timberline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a project or projects and their scope.
• Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities.
• Review all deliverables before client submission.
• Develop cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors across project phases.
• Oversee execution of trade work and design elements.
• Identify construction risks and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to schedule and profitability goals.
• Manage budgets and provide monthly forecasts.
• Prepare and present client progress reports.
