Ascend Talent Solutions is seeking a Construction Senior Project Manager in San Francisco to oversee complex commercial and science-lab renovation projects. You will lead a team of project professionals, manage bids, schedules, budgets, and client relationships from outset through closeout.

You will mentor Assistant PMs, Project Engineers, and Coordinators, while building a strong book of business and coordinating with architects, construction managers, brokers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction experience, including supervising staff on Life Sciences projects.
• Experience in laboratory spaces renovation (chemistry, biology, vivarium, cGMP, electronic labs, clean rooms).
• Ability to manage multiple medium to large projects concurrently.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proven development of client relationships and sales opportunities.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and participate in staff reviews.
• Proficient with MS Project, Procore, Timberline, BlueBeam, PlanGrid.
• Strong estimating and scheduling capabilities and excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare bids, budgets, and respond to formal RFPs.
• Lead pricing, value engineering, site assessments, and building evaluations.
• Create detailed project schedules with field teams.
• Serve as client point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Oversee procurement, cost and change management.
• Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors.
• Manage project closeout, punch list, and financial projections.
• Attend client presentations, networking events, and industry functions.
