MTech Mechanical is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Mountains operations, overseeing the operation of assigned construction projects in Eagle, CO. You will coordinate with engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and field managers to drive project success.

Responsibilities include preplanning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Strong communication with stakeholders and a track record of managing multi-million dollar projects are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years construction management background at a supervisory level.
• Lead project manager on projects valued over $10M.
• Must be approved to drive per company standards.
• Proficiency with budgeting, cost control, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead preplanning: shop drawings, value engineering, prefabrication, mobilization, material handling.
• Manage major tasks for designated projects and coordinate with field managers.
• Oversee changes, budgets, and contract review as needed.
• Coordinate subcontractor drawings, submittals, and insurance documents.
