Job summary

MGAC in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multi‑phased building projects. You will monitor field progress, analyze schedules, ensure quality control, and coordinate with clients and design teams to meet milestones.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in construction PM, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office, Procore, and Primavera. On‑site work required, with 4–5 days per week in Los Angeles and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with base building, commercial, cultural, life sciences, corporate fit-out and/or developer work.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF tools, and Procore or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of a team of project managers executing multi-phased projects.
• Monitor field progress, schedule analysis, and quality control.
• Coordinate with construction team and client decision-makers.
