Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Retail Branch Design & Construction to lead end-to-end branch renovation programs in the assigned region, ensuring disciplined governance and on-time delivery with strong financial oversight. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to maintain brand standards and manage funding governance.

The role requires managing multiple projects with budget and schedule accountability, and guiding teams from concept through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 7+ years in real estate, design and construction, PM or similar roles.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budget and schedule accountability.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; strong governance/approvals experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation and updates, converting feedback into improvements.
• Drive budget control, cost justification, and funding requests.
• Guide vendor selection, performance reviews, and approvals for commitments and invoices.
• Coordinate planning, design/engineering, construction, procurement, occupancy, and close-out across phases.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery with PMs and service partners.
• Set clear expectations with internal partners and external suppliers.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
