Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Retail Branch Design & Construction team to lead end-to-end renovation projects, coordinating planning, design, construction, and turnover to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to brand standards.

You will partner across internal teams and external vendors to provide strong financial oversight, governance, and risk management while keeping delivery teams aligned to standards and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budget and schedule accountability.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, estimating and cost justification.
• Proven ability to influence in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation, communication, and continuous improvement by enforcing escalation protocols and delivering executive-ready updates.
• Drive financial discipline and governance through budget approval and cost justification.
• Ensure sourcing and controls integrity through bidding, vendor selection, and reviewing approvals for commitments.
• Coordinate cross-phase execution across planning, design/engineering, construction, procurement/installation, readiness, occupancy, and close-out.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery with Program Managers and Service Partner project managers from intake to turnover.
• Set clear expectations with internal partners and external suppliers across the refresh lifecycle.
• Monitor design and construction performance to ensure adherence to standards, contracts, and schedule/costs.
• Support workload planning and sequencing to meet deadlines across scope.
• Provide operational risk awareness and oversight of technical workstreams as needed.
• Understand and enforce policies and procedures for compliant execution.
