Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Retail Branch Design & Construction team to lead end-to-end oversight of branch renovation projects in the Columbus region. You will oversee planning, design, construction, and close-out, ensuring governance, cost control, and timely delivery while aligning with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in real estate, design and construction, project/program management, or similar delivery roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with budget and schedule accountability.
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort with financial management and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation, communication, and continuous improvement by enforcing escalation protocols and delivering executive-ready updates.
• Drive financial discipline and governance through budget approval, cost justification, and capital package reviews.
• Ensure sourcing and controls integrity by guiding competitive bidding and vendor selection/ performance.
• Coordinate cross-phase execution across planning, design/engineering, construction, procurement/installation, readiness/occupancy, and close-out.
• Lead end-to-end program delivery with Program Managers and Service Partner project managers from intake through turnover.
• Set and reinforce clear expectations with internal partners and external suppliers across the refresh lifecycle.
• Monitor design and construction performance for adherence to standards, contracts, and schedule/cost expectations.
• Support workload planning to meet deadlines across assigned scope.
• Provide operational risk awareness and oversight of highly technical workstreams as needed.
