Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Dallas seeks a hands-on Superintendent to oversee daily site operations on commercial projects. You will manage the construction schedule to meet deadlines, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards.

With 3+ years on-site, experience handling projects in the $5M–$30M range, and strong Excel/Proj/Procore skills, you will drive safety compliance and deliver projects that meet specifications and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working on the field as a Superintendent.
• Experience with commercial project values of $5m-$30m+.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Project or Procore.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage the construction schedule to meet deadlines.
• Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure all work aligns with project specifications and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, such as delays or resource shortages.
