Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Tempe, AZ to oversee complex commercial construction from preconstruction through closeout. You will guide strategy, financial performance, client relationships, contract administration, scheduling, and risk management while leading project teams.

You will mentor project managers and engineers, manage budgets, and maintain rigorous documentation and controls. The role offers strong growth and a path to leadership within a respected firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven experience managing project financials, contracts, schedules, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple phases of commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Drive project meetings and ensure alignment between field and office operations.
• Monitor project quality, safety, schedule, and cost performance throughout construction.
• Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to maintain objectives.
• Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Ensure all documentation, reporting, and project controls are completed accurately and on time.
