Job summary

Leoforce in Detroit, MI is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and financial performance of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $15M+.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of delivering ground-up and/or major renovation commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project teams including PMs, engineers, and superintendents.
• Identify and mitigate risks to profitability.
• Conduct progress reviews and report to leadership.
• Review subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support business development and client retention.
• Mentor junior PM staff.
