Job summary

Deneuve Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily and commercial construction projects along the Front Range. You will manage financials, subcontracts, change orders, and pay apps, while coordinating with the Project Engineer on RFIs and submittals and with the Superintendent on schedule, quality, safety and inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• College degree in construction management or engineering.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office, scheduling software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of projects including subcontracts, job costing, change orders and pay applications.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer on RFIs and submittals.
• Collaborate with Superintendent on schedule, subcontractor performance, quality control, safety and inspections.
