Qualifications
2–5 years of commercial construction experience as a field engineer, assistant project manager, estimator, or project manager.
Ability to pass background and drug screening is REQUIRED.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.
Responsibilities
Study and understand scopes of work for sophisticated commercial-level building systems.
Verify compliance with bid instructions and submit bid packets on time.
Perform quantity take-offs for self-performed work.
Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids.
Prepare competitive bid packages for clients.
Generate project master schedules.
Review and approve subcontractor invoices and prepare owner invoices.
Manage projects to completion.
