Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial construction experience as a field engineer, assistant project manager, estimator, or project manager.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening is REQUIRED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Study and understand scopes of work for sophisticated commercial-level building systems.
• Verify compliance with bid instructions and submit bid packets on time.
• Perform quantity take-offs for self-performed work.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Prepare competitive bid packages for clients.
• Generate project master schedules.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and prepare owner invoices.
• Manage projects to completion.
