iRiS Recruiting Solutions is assisting a respected Indianapolis-area general contractor to find a Senior Project Manager for ground-up industrial, healthcare, and educational projects ranging from $10M to $85M. The role requires 8+ years PM experience and a construction management or engineering degree.

Expect strong leadership, coordination with owners and design partners, and a focus on safety and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years as PM on projects $10M+ in value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related Engineering discipline.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Serve as main contact between owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts for timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor coordination, and change management.
• Enforce site safety standards in coordination with field leadership.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and documentation reviews.
• Support value engineering, scope review, and constructability assessments.
• Collaborate closely with superintendents, estimators, and leadership teams.
