Job summary

This role requires a minimum of 5 years in project management and 10 years in the construction industry. Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs, billings, change orders, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost reporting and control systems.
• Track daily production and maintain job budgets.
• Manage subcontract process and overall project performance.
