Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Eight years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with budgets, cash flow, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio execution oversight from project startup through closeout.
• Lead regular execution reviews and provide portfolio reporting to VP on finances and schedules.
• Review budgets, cost-to-complete forecasts, margins, cash flow, and change exposure with PMs.
• Coordinate with Accounting on monthly financial reporting, billing, and reconciliations.
• Maintain risk oversight with owners, designers, field leaders, and suppliers, elevating issues as needed.
