Job summary

Exo Group, LLC seeks a Construction Manager to lead remediation and maintenance of utility structures nationwide, supervising several field Superintendents and crews. You will drive safety, schedule, and budgets while ensuring adherence to engineering specs and client expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in construction and 5+ years in leadership, with strong abilities in drawing interpretation, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with utility/industrial focus.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Construction Superintendents across regions.
• Set strategic direction, staffing, and manpower plans.
• Monitor safety, schedule, quality, and profitability KPIs.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, safety, and execs.
• Drive best practices to improve operations and efficiency.
• Support business growth through operational improvements.
