Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multiple field projects involving remediation, structural repair, and maintenance of utility structures nationwide. You will supervise Construction Superintendents, partner with Project Managers, Engineering, Safety, and Quality to drive safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting engineering specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience with utility/industrial work.
• 5+ years of leadership managing multiple projects and field supervisors.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of structural remediation, foundations, and transmission infrastructure.
• OSHA regulations and safety program experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Construction Superintendents and oversee field projects across regions.
• Develop manpower plans, allocate resources, and monitor safety, schedule, quality, and profitability.
• Coach field leaders, conduct performance evaluations, and drive accountability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, estimating, and executives for execution.
• Support business growth and operational improvements across projects.
